Construction of a New Operations Building for AutoExpo
Ground was broken in 2013 for the construction of a new building on the autoexpo site in Steinbach-Fernwald. It was possible to commission the building within a year. CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER managed the project as prime contractor - from initial construction planning through to turnkey acceptance.
Deutsche Leasing Gruppe, the parent company, invested a total of 16 million euro in the new facility. An area of 68,000 square meters is now available here for used car sales.
