Turnkey construction of a company headquarters
For MKP Service GmbH, a service provider for combined heat and power plants, we managed and coordinated the turnkey construction of a new operating site in Barleben near Magdeburg.
A factory building including office fittings was built, and the scope of the contract also included the depot with parking spaces and a new site access road.
The building complex comprises of 132 square meters of office and social wing with free-standing drywall installations for offices and sanitary facilities as well as 501 square meters of hall with a double-girder overhead crane.
50 tons of steel for the building structure came from C + P's own steel construction production. We also coordinated the infiltration trough for the roof water and the concrete core activation in the floor slab. The realization took about nine months.
