Three halls plus office as a building ensemble
A few years ago, we erected this combination of three industrial halls with an office building on a turnkey basis. They serve as an extension to the company headquarters of a manufacturer of medical skin care products. 550 square meters are available for rack storage, 450 square meters for packaging and 300 square meters for shipping. The building ensemble is completed by a 2-storey office building with an inner courtyard and preparation for a roof terrace.
Due to the regional conditions, the floor area was provided with a radon seal and the new structural units were erected during ongoing production operations on the company premises - under difficult space conditions.
