Steel structures for three new industrial halls

With the steel structures for three new hall buildings, we are playing our part in a pilot project for bioeconomy and industrial biotechnology sponsored by the Free State of Bavaria.

As part of the project, the multi-purpose demonstration plant BioCampus MultiPilot is being built for the Zweckverband Hafen Straubing-Sand as the client, in which biofuels, bio-based specialty chemicals and, in particular, novel foods and ingredients for the food industry are to be produced using special equipment and systems.

Our scope of services for the project includes connection statics, construction drawings, material provision, production and assembly.

It is not an off-the-shelf system - and so the specifications for us as one of the construction companies are also special. For example, the production must be food-safe, which means that the materials must be sealed and cleaned, for example with a stainless steel coating.
