Preflex Parking Garage as a mini logistics hub
A Preflex® Parking Garage as a mini hub: For a project developer in Bremen we built one of our modular parking garages as a local logistics hub.
While the employees of the converted former DIY store site now find new parking spaces on the lower level, the city is supplied with food and mail from the upper parking deck by the companies Deutsche Post and Picnic. The two logistics companies use the parking deck for their mainly electrically operated fleets.
After an assembly time of only 6 weeks, the new parking garage was erected from a total of 30 prefabricated slab modules plus ramp. The grating facade as well as the technical equipment and charging infrastructure were also part of our turnkey contract.
