New company location with feel-good character

The company Fehl + Sohn offers and advertises building technology for well-being. The company's own staff can now also feel good at the new company location consisting of an office building and a warehouse.

The team from the C + P site in Leipzig built it on a turnkey basis in Laasdorf, Thuringia, according to the plans of Ji Jena-Investitionen Planungs- und Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH. The contract included the preparation of the building application documents, the coordination of the turnkey realization as well as the outdoor facilities.

The installation of the building technology was, of course, carried out by the client themselves. And yet every project has its own unique challenges: Constrained space on the property, compliance with increased KfW standards for thermal insulation, and the upscale quality of the interior design have been successfully mastered.

Now in its finished state, the building shines as a flagship, literally, because sparkling glass shards were incorporated into the plaster in the facade.
