New turnkey fire station
It seems we have become specialists in building fire stations: the latest turnkey fire station building from C + P is located in Breidenbach, Hesse.
In a financing model that is unique in Germany, the local savings bank acted as investor and builder; the municipality of Breidenbach will then rent and use the building for 25 years. Even in this innovative triple constellation, construction and implementation, coordination and implementation all worked smoothly.
All special requirements for the property, such as the black and white separation in the changing rooms was implemented by C + P as general contractor. In just nine months, a fire station was set up on the green meadow that was ready for use, up to the kitchen and lockers.
