Construction of a New Hot-Dip Galvanizing Plant
The FBA 8 hot-dip galvanizing plant in Dortmund comprises three hall sections arranged in parallel with one another in accordance with a color concept by Friedrich E. v. Garnier. The hall area is 28,000 m2, and CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER installed a total of 5,800 t of steel. Shortly after its completion the project received the European Structural Steel Award.
