Offices and exhibition for Inwerk LAB-3

It is always exciting to see how diverse C + P buildings turn out to be according to the diverse orders and customer requirements. In the case of this object: Absolutely modern and pure. That’s the way the new work and exhibition building LAB-3 of the office furnishing company Inwerk welcomes its visitors. And shows how work can be done in the future: In modular room-in-room systems, with room dividing furniture systems and high-performance acoustic solutions as micro-architecture in open spaces. All working styles are possible here – communication-intensive teamwork and concentrated individual work in close proximity. In LAB-3, which the company has set up exclusively with its own products, the future of work has long since begun.

C + P created the prerequisites for this with the turnkey implementation as a general contractor. The building, with dimensions of 37 x 42 x 10 meters, has no classic interior walls at all, essentially only exposed concrete and glass were used in addition to steel. The F-30 coated steel construction also comes from C + P's own production.
