Traditionally, CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER honors its long-serving employees in the run-up to Christmas and bids farewell to retirees.

This year is no exception. So "The same procedure as every year"? Not quite! Even if the setting and date follow a cherished tradition, the focus is always on different biographies and personal stories, as CEO Rolf Heinecke emphasized during the official ceremony: "Every year, I am impressed anew by how exciting the careers of our jubilarians are. I have known them all for decades and know how much commitment, motivation and passion they put into their jobs every day. That's exactly what makes us special as a company and contributes significantly to our success."

The deputy chairwoman of the works council Jana Ditze and the mayors Thomas Beck (Angelburg) and Christoph Felkl (Breidenbach) also congratulated the honorees.
