All good things come in threes! This year, the Cologne-based rating and ranking agency ServiceValue, in cooperation with the newspaper DIE WELT, once again conducted its nationwide survey of "Germany's best training companies". Almost 4,000 companies from the service, trade and industry sectors were evaluated in terms of their attractiveness as training companies. For the third time in a row, we made it into the ranking of companies with high attractiveness.
"It's really great that we are represented in the ranking again this year," says a delighted Ulrike Bonacker, HR Manager at CHRISTMANN + PFEIFER, adding: "Training our own junior staff is traditionally very important to us; after all, today's trainees are tomorrow's skilled workers. We attach great importance to creating an environment in which young people feel comfortable and can build a solid foundation for their professional careers according to their talents and personality."
Maja's career path shows that this is successful: she started out a few years ago with a part-time job at school, then did her one-year internship with us as part of her A-levels and went straight on to train as an industrial clerk. She is now a dual student specializing in SME management and can thus look back not only on an impressive personal and professional development, but also on several years of service with the company. Or Til, who recently completed his training as a technical systems planner as the best trainee in the state of Hesse and is now hitting the ground running as a young professional in our in-house technical office.
We offer training in industrial as well as technical and commercial professions. We train construction mechanics (m/f/d), technical system planners (m/f/d), draftsmen (m/f/d) as well as industrial clerks (m/f/d) and IT specialists (m/f/d) for system integration. In addition, dual studies in the fields of civil engineering and SME management are possible. With C + P's own education center and the Technical University of Central Hesse (THM), reliable cooperation partners are located in the immediate vicinity.
